Dropped vehicle off at 8am on 12/30. No communication all day so at 3:45p I text the # that was sent to me that morning to get an update. No response so I called the service dept at 4:15p. Was told by the gentleman that answered the phone ���Wendy left early and we���ve been waiting for you to return the rental car���. I explained that I was unaware the vehicle service was complete. No apology for the clear error on the service dept end. Then Tuesday morning I received a call from Dan advising me that I had missed my appointment on 12/30. I advised the appointment was not missed and the service was complete but explained there was an obvious gap in communication within the dept. Dan apologized for the call, which I explained was not an issue but rather the communication (or lack thereof) within the dept.

Arrived at 10:25 for our 11:00 service appointment. Left our pickup right up front by the maintenance entrance roll up doors. I was checked in by around 10:40 am. They said they would be getting right to it. After around 3 hours of sitting around in the waiting room I finally went to see what was taking so long. That is already 4 hours with no word. They looked it up and found it had not even been started on yet. Some lame excuse about someone new had moved it. They finally got it started. I received the pickup around 3:30 pm. 5 hours for an oil change. If I did not have a contract for my oil changes I would not go back. Not very happy.

Wendy was fantastic! Service was done quickly, even with a recall that I had forgot to add when I booked my appointment. I was told a few hours and was expecting 3-5 hours since the recall was something that had to be downloaded to my vehicles computer. Oil, tires rotated and recall done in 2! They even pulled my vehicle around the front for me so it was easier and faster to get my baby in.

First appt I could get was six weeks out so by the time I got in for service my service discounts had expired then I waited at dealership from 1030 until 5 - not a good experience but so far all the gm service depts have sucked
