Dropped vehicle off at 8am on 12/30. No communication all day so at 3:45p I text the # that was sent to me that morning to get an update. No response so I called the service dept at 4:15p. Was told by the gentleman that answered the phone ���Wendy left early and we���ve been waiting for you to return the rental car���. I explained that I was unaware the vehicle service was complete. No apology for the clear error on the service dept end. Then Tuesday morning I received a call from Dan advising me that I had missed my appointment on 12/30. I advised the appointment was not missed and the service was complete but explained there was an obvious gap in communication within the dept. Dan apologized for the call, which I explained was not an issue but rather the communication (or lack thereof) within the dept.
