We had a 1:00 pm appointment for an oil change and oil filter. We waited in the lobby until 3:30 for our vehicle. 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. Long wait for an oil change.

I started having an issue with my suburban auto starting and squeaking while turning. Tim made sure to get me in on a day that works for me as well as lining up a rental car with Thrifty, was is so needed as a mom of 4. He communicated with me during the process so I always knew what was going on and the estimated time line. He also was able to schedule an oil change while they had the car which was so convenient. I’ve worked with other advisors in the past but Tim is the best I’ve dealt with there so far!

The price of the service wasn’t clear when I made appointment. Thought I was getting oil change and what not. The 45k checked box service was a lot more. Probably my fault but thought I would spend aprox 300 came out spending 1000
