It only took 2 1/2 hours for our oil change this time. Improvement over 5 1/2 hours last time. What I really liked was the video they sent out while they were working on the vehicle. It showed them draining the oil, a great look at the underneath of our pickup.

Brought our car in for what we thought would be a warranty fix and turned out it was caused by another vendor, they gave us the price for the repair and when we picked up our car on Saturday instead of a hour od shop labor they only charged us for half an hour, we appreciate the help and solidifies our choice to purchase again with Knudtsens. Had my car in 5 weeks ago for oil change and tire rotation. When it was done, I was told I needed new tires. When I asked why (since they were just over a year old), I was told they just like to give customers notice when it's almost time to start thinking about new tires. After this, my car was handling really poorly, especially at high speeds. Went to Les Schwab and was told the tires had worn really unevenly and needed to be replaced. Also found out alignment was off and rear shock leaking. Why wasn't I told any of this when Knudtsen rotated my tires? Les Schwab fixed everything but the shocks since those were possibly covered under service plan, as I had only had my car for about a year. Knudtsen got me in right away, morning appointment, and confirmed within a few hours (still morning) that the shock was actually leaking. I called at the end of the day to see if repair was done and was told they hadn't heard back about the service plan approval yet and hadn't started the repair. I got a call back the next morning telling me service plan would pay. A few hours went by, no news again. Called a few times to check, finally got a call back late afternoon telling me we would have to wait 2-3 days for the shocks. This would mean I could potentially be without my car a full week for a shock repair. After telling the service advisor that was unacceptable, she got off the phone and within 30 mins called me back to tell me they had the part and might be done that night. I received another call that night telling me that it in fact wouldn't be done until the next day. Car got fixed, service plan paid, but I shouldn't have been without a car for 2.5 days for a shock replacement. It needed to be fixed whether the plan paid or not, so fix it and get me my car back. Deal with the service plan on your time, not mine. Also, why would you even possibly take 2-3 days to get shocks from somewhere? That's a maintenance part and really shouldn't be that hard to come by. I was not overly impressed by this experience.

I would like to start by saying I am a long time Chevy lover ! (I still own a 1972 Truck I've owned since High School) I am also a long time Knudtsen Chevrolet customer and a small business owner for 32 years. I was having a problem with my 2019 Silverado just shutting down while driving. Which is clearly a very serious safety issue. And as it turns out other owners have been having the same issue around the country. My truck has 63000 miles on it and I maintain it very well. I was surprised to be having such a safety issue on a vehicle this new. The service team at Knudtsen Chevrolet diagnosed and fixed my truck. (it's been good up to this point anyway) I couldn't be happier with the service team at that dealership ! Five Stars !!! They covered the defective parts and the use of a loaner vehicle. Again ...
