I was greeted with a custom ordered beverage and the salesman (Cody) was very attentive and answered all my questions and I didn’t spend all day trying to negotiate a price. I felt I got a fair price for my lease and from the time I agreed on the price till I walked out with the keys was probably the quickest I had ever experienced! Highly satisfied with the customer service I received!!

Professionalism was great. Time was not. I brought my car in for an oil change for an 8am appt and wasn't called for 3hrs 45minutes. I had to cancel an appt that I thought I would be able to make it to. Disappointing. I've never had this happen here before.

I have been waiting since October for a rear spoiler for my truck. Mine is leaking water and there is a technical service bulletin out on it. On 2/05/25 I was informed that the spoiler was discontinued. Knudtsen can do nothing to help me with my issue on my 2019 Silverado, that I purchased in March 2024.
