Service was completed is less time than expected. Also very much appreciated the real time video of undercarriage inspection & inspection report. Also very nice & comfortable waiting area. Also very impressed that several employees just walking by offered to get me a cup of coffee...small gesture that make a big impression on customer appreciation.
