Confirmed Service Customer
The lack of communication with your service department to your customers is like a two star rating. When you make an appointment for your vehicle to get diagnosed and 72 hours later. After calling multiple times in reaching out to the service advisor that was assigned to you as a customer. Trying to figure out what is going on with your vehicle. Being told that it'll take up to 48 hours. And then when you actually show up in person, they tell you. Oh, it'll be 36 to 48 hours. And then after seventy two hours you finally get an answer. Then when asked for a written estimate of what everything is on the estimate, they can't provide that for you. An itemized estimate is generally what most dealerships and repair facilities give to their customer when they're having their vehicle repaired . Personally, I don't think that knutes and Chevrolet is a bad dealership. I think the lack of communication between the service advisor in the technician and maybe the management team of how they prepare their estimates and give them to the customers could be different. To tell me that they cannot get Parts for my vehicle. When I called every other dealership in town and it's been to several other dealerships. Trying to get the same estimate and all the parts are, we're provided. As a Chevy dealership telling me that they cannot get parts from my Chevrolet. Or g m c product is kind of distasteful.
