Confirmed Service Customer
This was the worst experience I've ever had getting my vehicle serviced. I went in for an oil change and to have my cabin and engine filters replaced and arrived promptly a few minutes early. I then sat around for three hours. I wasn't updated until I'd already been waiting for an hour and 45 minutes that they were "running a little behind" and it was going to be "a little while". Over another hour later and when I got called in I was told how sorry they were and they were going to make it right with a discount. "Making it right" was a 14% discount. The right thing to do would have been waving the labor ($140 for an oil change and changing two filters?? Come on) and whatever "shop supplies" is. $22 more dollars? What are shop supplies? This was the worse experience I have ever had and I'll be glad to leave my review elsewhere online. I'd never return to Knudtsen again without someone actually making this right.
