Great experience all around. Salesman was patient with me and negotiated a great deal. Car was in immaculate shape. They were willing to deliver the car to me 3 hours away and paperwork was a breeze. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal on a new car.

It only took 2 1/2 hours for our oil change this time. Improvement over 5 1/2 hours last time. What I really liked was the video they sent out while they were working on the vehicle. It showed them draining the oil, a great look at the underneath of our pickup.

Brought our car in for what we thought would be a warranty fix and turned out it was caused by another vendor, they gave us the price for the repair and when we picked up our car on Saturday instead of a hour od shop labor they only charged us for half an hour, we appreciate the help and solidifies our choice to purchase again with Knudtsens.
