Arrived 15 minutes early for my 9:00 oil change appointment. Three and a half hours later (12:30) my vehicle was finished. When I commented on 3 1/2 hrs for oil change without tire rotation I was told that appointments were only for schedulers not technicians or mechanics and certainly not costumers. My oil change before that was over 2 hours. My wife's vehicle was purchased at a different GM dealership, when you make an appointment with them, they actually honor it. Leason learned.

Andy was great. He was professional, responsive, and patient. However, when I went to pick my car up, it would not start. They jumped my car and because I was concerned about it not starting, I stopped at my regular mechanic on the way home. They tested.l the battery and it was immediately clear I needed a new battery. My car would have had to been jumped to start to work on it. Why didn't Knudsen test the battery before doing any other work? I am now left doubting that a new coil was even needed and it could have been as simple as a new battery. The odds of them both failing at the same exact time seem very unlikely. I am left frustrated and disappointed.

Friendly staff, none of the three warranty issues I've delt with were identified as part of the inspection. That appointment was scheduled at the same time I scheduled the first oil change. Warranty issues could not be scheduled until 12/16. I was told to keep driving it.
