while the staff we dealt with was very friendly and wendy went above and beyond to try and problem solve. The service staff that provided the work did not do the work assigned to them. I went in for 4 things to be completed in which only one was done to specs. One of my parts was broken and instead of notifying me that the item had to be reordered, it was passed off as completed work without the item even being installed. One of the paid for installs of a protective mat in the back of my vehicle was only half installed and one of the sales men had to help me finish my install in the parking lot to which it still is not done correctly as it falls out everytime I place something in my vehicle. In addition to this, the special protective coating I went in for was not applied as described at time of sales and only half applied. I will need to return my vehicle for the work paid for to be completed correctly. This is a 3 hour one way drive for me as well as 2 days off work each time it is serviced. The service department was very disorganized without anyone providing supervision or quality control. I give 2 stars as the Sales rep Justin went out of his way to try and fix one of my issues and Dan & Wendy were so helpful to try and resolve the issues. I will continue to recommend this dealership as a great place to buy but doubtful I will recommend service department.
