Confirmed Service Customer
I was scheduled for a 9am first service on my new Silverado. Arriving a few minutes early, and with a very busy day elsewhere scheduled, i was shocked at the long line of vehicles already in front of mine. Thinking I should reschedule for another less hectic day, I spoke with the service manager, who assured me that I would be taken care of in a timely manner. And sure enough, the service department had me out the door in less than 1 1/2 hours! Very impressive service and extremely nice, competent staff! Thanks Knutdsen Chevrolet!
