Got amazing help from Jimmy in Sales Manager, Geoffry (Jeff) M in sales and Michael B in sales as well. Tim Lamb in service needs to appear like he cares what the customer has to say even if he���s just humoring them, he���s quick to cut off clients to correct them in what they���re saying, probably thinks he���s educating them but it���s rude.
