Confirmed Service Customer
I had an 11am oil change appt. There was zero communication until I went to the service desk at 12:45pm when I found that my vehicle had not been started. It was a work day and I had been waiting almost 2 hours by then. Apparently since I have prepaid for service when I bought the vehicle, there was nothing your service manager could do to compensate me for my lost time. An hour and a half is already ridiculous for an oil change but 3 hours because a tech got behind?
