We arranged for our oil change to coincide with replacing a broken window. When we arrived we were asked where the window was and were informed for the first time that you don’t install windows and we needed to contract with your third party window people. This was NOT communicated until after we had arrived. Then we were blamed for not understanding a miscommunication. In reality it was a total lack of communication. There was also a “miscommunication” regarding needing tires or not needing tires. Anyway, the communication is terrible. A lot was assumed that we knew when it wasn’t communicated. Not impressed at all.
