Had an issue with the drive-train on my truck. Called to schedule appointment- 3 weeks out. I went to the dealership and struck up a conversation with Chris Nelson. He mentioned the parts required to address the issue were back ordered. He suggested I leave the vehicle so the tech could take a look and get the parts ordered for a quicker turn around. Provided me with a loaner truck and was able to have the repairs made a full 2 weeks ahead of my original appointment. He provided updates throughout the process. Refreshing to interact with such capable, proactive, professional people. Thank you!
