Confirmed Service Customer
Unfortunately this was a pretty disappointing experience to say the least. I contacted the dealer on April 10th and told them my radiator that had just been replaced a couple months before was broken again. My truck sat for over a month waiting for the second radiator to be replaced. My truck was re[aired on May 16 and 17. My truck is a 2021 so I feel this shouldn't be happening. I had to pay to get the truck diagnosed at a different location because they couldn't guarantee a time frame they would have it done. I live an hour and 15 minutes away from the dealership so it's not super easy to simply drop by without a reasonable time frame given. When it was finally time to get my truck fixed I brought it in on Wednesday afternoon about 4 pm with the understanding it would be worked on Thursday, I was hoping to pick it up Thursday evening but was told they might need to work on it a little bit on Friday morning. I paid for a loaner car (which they did give me a price break on) because I didn't want to have to make my wife dive back and forth multiple times. I didn't show up unit close to 4 on Friday and still had to wait at least an hour because my truck still wasn't done. I left the dealership and after making a couple stops I noticed my check engine light was on. I texted the dealership that evening and they did reply the next morning to bring my truck by to to a diagnostic test. The light is still currently on because I couldn't make it back Saturday because I had prior obligations. It probably just needs to be reset or something but is still frustrating.
