Confirmed Service Customer
We made an appt for our 2020 Chevrolet truck that is giving us a notification saying we will be limited to driving only 5 mph after a number of miles. We dropped off our truck and checked in every couple of days with either no one calling us back or service saying that haven���t looked at it yet. After 1 week of not having our truck we went and picked it up because they could not tell us when someone would be looking at it. Unacceptable and very frustrated. No one apologized or offered any resolution. We are now taking it somewhere else. The lack of communication was extremely unprofessional. Never once did they call to give any updates it was always us calling them.
