The truck I purchased had issues revealed within 24 hours. It had a consistent vibration and a clattering squeaking noise from the engine. I immediately called sales to ask what should be taken was pushed around through three different salesman who never gave me next steps are even returned my call . I called Service after several attempts to contact someone I had an appointment made, sometime after. Upon inspection, they found the vehicle come to find out had not completely gone through all the necessary repairs required after inspection, service agreed to replace the worn tires that were cupped and a service tech determined that the clattering noise was an exhaust manifold leak, the service technician also determined that the vibration was caused from aftermarket lift kit Which it does not have. on the drive home from picking up my truck the same issues persisted. I then tried to contact my service advisor numerous times and finally was able to reach them to get in to have another appointment made over the course of Six days later, they determined the clattering noises normal and The vibration is caused because of the tires that I chose. When I told the service manager about the issues he told me thats what I get for buying a truck with 105,000 miles on itgiving that the vibration after a road force balance is a small fraction better, it is still there. No inspection was performed during this time and I feel like no diagnostic on the engine clatter was performed thoroughly. A week after receiving my truck back. The truck now has a coolant smell and a squealing noise upon start up, that was faint before . But is louder now, overall, as a former employee trying to return the favor to this company Im really disappointed not only in the overall experience, but with being able to communicate with someone regularly was nearly impossible. Communication was poor through service and above all the vehicle I purchased a 2018 GMC Sierra 2500 HD which is over 100,000 miles still has issues being new and costing $35,000, it should be better. The only reason its two stars instead of one is because they actually took steps to try to attempt to fix things, being a business owner and relying on this vehicle for daily operations of my company not being able to trust and rely on it as well as having it in the shop for days at a time a serious inconvenience , and I feel like it was not taken seriously at all .
