Andy was great. He was professional, responsive, and patient. However, when I went to pick my car up, it would not start. They jumped my car and because I was concerned about it not starting, I stopped at my regular mechanic on the way home. They tested.l the battery and it was immediately clear I needed a new battery. My car would have had to been jumped to start to work on it. Why didn't Knudsen test the battery before doing any other work? I am now left doubting that a new coil was even needed and it could have been as simple as a new battery. The odds of them both failing at the same exact time seem very unlikely. I am left frustrated and disappointed.
