I made an appointment to have my car diagnosed for an issue- I had to wait a month to even get the appointment. Then when I dropped it off on Tuesday night for my Wednesday morning appointment- by Friday I was still stranded without a car and they hadn't done my car. They just kept saying it's next in line. It's next in line. For 3 days and then told me to purchase a rental for $40 even thought THEY kept pushing my service back so I was stranded through the weekend without a vehicle even though I made an appointment for a diagnostic 3 days prior to the weekend. Then Monday comes around and all the sudden no one wants to communicate or tell me when I will get my car back. Awful experience.
