Waited 4 hours for an oil change tire rotation and a ecm flash for recall, when I called they said they had nothing going on and would be super quick, also witnessed an older couple there completely had been there all day and after being told 10-15 minutes they were there another hour with me, only dealt with your service department twice and both times have been not that great as far as timely, last time I was there for 3 hours just to put tires on, friendly people nice dealership time management needs work, do better if not for me for the elderly people that probably shouldn’t be sitting in your dealership for 6-8 hours

Very satisfied with our salesman Justin Tucker, he drove my husband home to see if the truck would fit in our garage. Very accamodating. Our finance person Zig Pallas was very friendly and give of lots of ideas for things to see in Wyoming. Paperwork was very organized and all electronic saving lots of time.

Major problem. The work I brought my SUV in for should have been covered by my service contract. Your staff admitted as much at the time I was paying my bill, but they said because they had run my credit card through their machine I would have to pay the full bill. Three big mistakes: 1. They didn't check to see if I had a service contract with Knudsten until after I inquired at the payment desk. 2. I brought the car in so they could fix one tire pressure sensor that wasn't working. Their diagnosis was that I should replace all four sensors. 3. Once they found my car was covered by the service contract, they said the contract would only cover the one sensor that was broken, not the other three they said I should change beforehand. Moreover, because they had swiped my credit card (they hadn't even handed it back to me yet), they said it was too late to get refunded even more the one. THIS EXPERIENCE LEFT A VERY BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH.
