Knudtsen Chevrolet 2019 Cruze Giveaway OFFICIAL RULES

TO ENTER: Between June 3rd through June 9th (the “Entry Period”), use your ticket for your respective senior all-night party at Triple Play in CDA, Kroc Center in CDA, and Coeur d’Alene Resort in CDA and complete the entry form, available while supplies last, and deposit it in the designated entry box. All entries must be received by the specified deadline at the applicable Event to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries received from any one person after the first entry received from that person will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

WINNER SELECTION: One senior from each High School (CDA, Lake City, Lakeland, Post Falls, Timberlake) will be drawn and selected as pre-qualifiers. Official giveaway will be held June 13th. Each pre-qualifier will be given a key. Whichever key opens the door of the Cruze will win it. Odds of being selected as a winner depend on the number of eligible entries received.  All pre-qualifiers will need to be present along with adult custodian if warranted to win. Entrants are solely responsible for providing Sponsor with accurate and updated information. Winner may not assign its right to receive the prize. If, for any reason, the potential Winner is ineligible, unable or unwilling to take delivery of the vehicle then the potential winner will be disqualified and forfeit the prize and an alternate Winner may be selected by Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion at random from among all remaining entries; in such event, the disqualified potential Grand Prize Winner will not be awarded any prize.

PRIZES:  One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a 2019 Chevrolet Cruze (Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $19,995). Four (4) Winners will receive an Apple MacBook Air (ARV $999). Winners are responsible for all taxes, title, license and registration fees, transportation/distribution charges and taxes if applicable. Sales taxes and insurance costs are solely the responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable. Any difference between the stated value and actual value of the prize will not be awarded to the winner. Winner is solely responsible for any expenses in connection with the prize not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, the following: (I) all taxes, including but not limited to, income, federal, state and local taxes; (II) insurance, delivery charges.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:  Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, inaccurate, misdirected, delayed, undelivered or garbled entries or failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, printing, typographical, mechanical, telephonic, electronic or network relating to or in connection with this giveaway, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the giveaway, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in an giveaway-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the giveaway or who are otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the giveaway (or such portion) and select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken. Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealerships, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and website providers/web masters, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize (including any injury or harm resulting from use of the vehicle) or participation in this giveaway, including any travel or activity associated herewith. The winner, by accepting the prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the Internet and world wide web, in perpetuity, without notice or review of approval. By participating each entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of judges, which shall be final. 

WINNERS’ NAMES:  For the name of the winner (available after June 13th, 2019), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Knudtsen Chevrolet Cruze Giveaway, 1900 E. Polston Ave. Post Falls, ID 83854. Requests must be received by July 14th, 2019.
